The property features extensive vegetable gardens, an olive grove, an orchard, and a grain crop used to mill flour for their famous sourdough. The dining room, housed in a converted farmhouse, is minimalist, light-filled, and serene, allowing the complex, nature-inspired dishes to take centre stage.
